Correct needle tolerances automatically
The dispensing result is largely determined by the correct center position of the needle tip. To compensate for tolerances, any deviations must be recorded again after each needle change. The needle compensation is a fully automatic sensor for aligning the dispensing needle position in all three coordinate axes. Deviations from the actual metering axis in both the length and the deflection of the metering needle are determined via a mechanical sensor and two forked photoelectric sensors and automatically compensated by the software. The sensor is programmed via a dispensing macro. A corresponding example macro is included in the scope of delivery.
